Intrested in getting more involved with Kansas NAHRO?
Our Standing Committees are always looking for volunteers to help shape our organization into the best it can be. If you would like to take a role in one of the following committees please contact the service office.
Standing Committees
The Commissioners Committee will support the goals and objectives of the association. To train commissioners so that they can understand their responsibilities and work with staff, leadership and membership at all levels.
The Professional Development Committee shall focus on the general and specific areas of career identification, training, and certification.

Housing committee addresses program areas and recommends action to the Executive Board regarding but not limited to program dollars, legislation regulations and administration at federal, state and local levels.

• HUD Updates and Changes
CR&D:
The Community Revitalization and Development Committee functions the same as the Housing Committee by relating to the CR&D issues.
• Home Funds
• CDBG
The Member Services Committee shall serve the general and special interest of the members at conferences. The committee will also work to solicit new members.
